Sprayable Polyurethanes information
is presented here is in two categories.

Solvent-based and 100% Solids.

Solvent Based Sprayable Polyurethanes

These polyurethane protective coatings, providing corrosion control and abrasion resistance, were developed to be as user friendly as possible. They can be diluted down to enable polyurethane spraying through small electric airless cup guns or gravity fed air guns or left undiluted for fast high build applications with large airless spray pumps. All of the ORPC sprayable polyurethanes below are nonflammable in shipping, storage and application.

100% Solids Sprayable Polyurethane Systems
Our plural component, 100% solids hot spray polyurethane protective coating systems, well known for their corrosion control and abrasion resistance capabilities, are designed with the latest in personnel safety and environmental controls available. Where ever possible we use stripped isocyanate resins to minimize worker exposure to isocyanates. Our application systems do not use solvent purge spray guns eliminating solvent use except for periodical small parts cleaning. We have also designed and built our own positive pressure application systems which include flow metering and computer control for precise ratio control.
