These castable urethane products are designed specifically for room temperature cure casting applications, however they can certainly be used in hot applications should faster processing times be required.
OR-606
Two component, 100% solids TDI ether castable urethanes designed to cure
to a Shore Hardness of 65A.
OR-806
Two component, 100% solids TDI ether castable polyurethanes designed to
cure to a Shore Hardness of 80A.
OR-906
Two component, 100% solids TDI ether castable urethanes designed to cure
to a Shore Hardness of 92A.
OR-987
Two component, 100% solids TDI ether castable polyurethanes designed to
cure to a Shore Hardness of 65D.
Typical applications are cast parts for high wear and tear areas such as mining coatings, sand and gravel etc.
The above systems are also available with an aliphatic ether prepolymer backbone.
