SPRAYABLE
POLYURETHANE COATINGS
ORPC Sprayable Polyurethane coatings are called upon constantly to resist
cutting, tearing, grinding and pounding. Our unique formulations of solvent
based and plural component systems are designed to reduce abrasion and
corrosion of material handling systems. With shore hardness from 45A to
55D, ORPC's product line includes the renowned BR-3S
which provides rubber-like wear properties, and OR-7S
which yields an extremely hard finish for nonstick applications. For high-wear
applications try out 80LVHS product. 95LVHS
offers both high relief and good wear properties. 65HT
is great for high temperature applications, up to 400 degrees.
ORPC has developed plural component polyurethane coatings spray system utilizing "stripped isocyanates" to ensure the maximum in safety and the minimum in moisture sensitivity. Aside from significantly reduced isocyanate exposure, solvent purge can also be eliminated through the use of impingement mixing guns to further reduce handling and application hazards. Cured physical properties far exceed similar coatings in the marketplace. Moisture insensitivity allows for applications in wet environments and even on moist surfaces such as concrete.

ORPC Sprayable Polyurea coating are called upon when physical requirements are not as important, and a lower cost coating is required. Hardness of our Polyurea coatings range from 80A-65D, with custom formulations available upon request.
TROWELABLE
POLYURETHANE GROUTS
These unique 100% solids systems provide easy repair and maintenance of
existing linings and coatings. Any elastomeric compound such as conveyor
belts, pump liners and off road tires can be successfully repaired. ORPC's
trowelable urethane systems are easily mixed and handled for fast economical
application with minimal downtime. These versatile materials are available
in various hardnesses and working times to fit your specific application
requirements.
CASTABLE POLYURETHANE COATINGS
For custom cast polyurethane coating requirements. ORPC offers a wide
variety of low temperature castable systems, ranging from 45A to 60D hardness.
ORPC produces user-friendly two-component systems with physical properties
to rival hot cast polyurethanes. This enables on site parts production
or pour-in-place lining applications without the high cost of hot processing
equipment. ORPC can custom formulate hardnesses and working times to meet
your specific requirements and our technical staff can assist you from
mold design to spin casting operations used to line pipe.
ADHESIVE AND PRIMERS
No protective coating system is complete without a good primer system.
ORPC manufactures quality bonding material for all of their sprayable,
castable and trowelable polyurethane systems. On properly prepared surfaces,
bond strengths of 80 to 100 pli (pounds per lineal inch) are attainable
on a wide variety of substrates. Other specialty adhesives include our
ORPC 900R and 600R - unsurpassed in the cold vulcanization of rubber
and PVC based materials such as conveyor belts, V-guides, cleats, edge
curbing, rubber linings and pulley laggings.
