ORPC high solids, solvent based urethane coating systems provide excellent abrasion and corrosion control in a wide variety of material handling applications. Out tough, elastomeric linings provide years of service on substrates such as metal and concrete.

These rail cars are used by the Chicago Metropolitan Waste Management Treatment District to haul waste. The project started in 1992 and approximately 100 cars will have been coated with ORPC OR-7S sprayable urethane when completed. The major benefit is the ease of clean out to prevent excessive carry back as well as corrosion control.
