October 11th, 2001 During the summer of 2001 the decision to urethane coat a waste-water digester was made. This was completed with the ORPC OR80LVHS 100% solids urethane at 80mil (.080 mils) blue. I was very impressed at the ease of application and the seamless coating the urethane provides. I would recommend this material for anyone as an alternative to replacing damaged tanks, in need of rehabilitation. When we do need to replace the digester I plan to include in the cost of the construction a coating of urethane as well. I firmly believe that this product will provide many years of protection against the attack on concrete so common in wastewater treatment. Jack E. Loynachan

October 11th, 2001 RE: OR-95HT Bed Liner In June 2001 we made the decision to line the bed of our off-road Volvo end-dump truck. We had spoken with other dump truck owners who had also had this liner installed in their trucks and found them to be very pleased with it. This coating has certainly fulfilled our expectations and gone beyond in performance and durability consider the abuse such a bed takes in our business. Coleen Whittle

During the spring of 2001 a decision was made to urethane coat the drop pans of the MC-330 Material Transfer Vehicle by Blaw-Knox. This was done with the ORPC NH95HT @ 250 mils thickness. This material was chosen for it's high heat resistance and high wear resistance. I would recommend this coating to anyone who would be in need of a high-heat good release / cleanup and wear coating.
